SKIN CHECKS

The GP’s consulting at Diamond Valley Clinic regularly perform full skin checks and are able to diagnose and treat skin cancers. The clinic is equipped with dermatoscopes to enable your doctor to accurately diagnose skin conditions.
In addition, some of the doctors we support are qualified to surgically excise a full range of skin cancers in our procedure room.
A skin check generally takes about 10-15 minutes and can be performed in a standard appointment. This includes some time for your doctor to ask you questions about your general health. Make sure you tell your doctor about any spots or moles you have which are new, sore, changing or unusual.
